In June 2021, Shunbei 56X well of North China Petroleum Engineering Co., LTD. 'started to drill in the Shunbei Oilfield, Xinjiang Province, China. The well was a pre-exploration well with a design depth of 8,829 meters. The drilling difficulty is high, because as a deviated well the working conditions is harsh. The staff used to use traditional washpipe, which lose effectiveness easily under harsh working conditions ,need to be replaced at least once every 3 days, at most three times a day, which has become a main issue of the drilling efficiency.
After JJC mechanical washpipe brought into operation since February 5, 2021.The first seal ring be used until completion, greatly improving drilling efficiency and receiving high recognition and praise from the staff.
On April 2021, well 56X of Shunbei was successfully completed with a well depth of 9,040m, renew the record of the deepest acid fracturing well depth in Asia.
